Support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 7 and 8 has been Discontinued
Ebix has discontinued support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8. For more end-of-support information about these and other products, refer to Microsoft's site. If you are using any of these products, we encourage you to upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8, which include updated versions of Internet Explorer. If you are already using Windows 7 or Windows 8, no action is required.
SmartOffice Version 7.6.3 Compatible with Internet Explorer 10 and Windows 8
The latest version of SmartOffice (v7.6.3) is compatible with Internet Explorer 10 and Windows 8. Note that you must turn on Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 10. Click the Compatibility View icon in the browser's address bar; the icon changes to a solid color when Compatibility View is activated.
 
 
Attention!
Internet Explorer 10 and 11 users only

- Click Tools then Compatibility View Settings
- Add the domains ez-data.com and ebix.com.

For IE 10 users who see a Compatibility View toolbar icon, clicking it will do the same thing.
