Help system tutorials are organized by module and are available in one of three formats:
Usage Tutorials
These basic tutorials are designed to explain simple functions in the system using existing database records or content.
Navigation Tutorials
Most business functions in the system are accessible in a variety of ways. These tutorials are designed to show the most common methods for locating these functions so the user will be able to take full advantage of the system's versatile navigation.
Configuration Tutorials
These tutorials are designed to explain the creation of records, documents or other database content in the system. The primary function of a Configuration tutorial is to explain the fields and settings in forms used to populate the database. This category of tutorials also includes administrative and security issues.
