| If you need to contact a member of our support team to troubleshoot an issue with CDS, there are a number of different contact options available to meet your needs. Before contacting the support team, please have the following information ready: |

- Name of the registered user.
- Version of CDS in use – Version information can be found by selecting the Help menu then clicking on About Client Data System.
- Are you using a network or standalone implementation of CDS?
- A comprehensive description of the issue – what module is in use, how the issue occurred, is the issue consistent or random, and does it occur for all users (in a multi-user environment)?
- If an error message appeared, please send us the exact text of the error message (a screen shot is best)
- Let us know if any recent changes have been made to the environment in which you are using CDS – Have new network securities been implemented? Are you logging in from a new desktop or laptop computer?

Support Team Contact Number - (626) 585 – 3515. After discussing the issue with our support team, a representative may need to view your computer using a tool called Linktivity. Linktivity allows our support representatives to view what is happening in CDS and give you the quickest solution. |
