The SmartView for Advisors module is a tailored implementation of SmartOffice designed to give advisors an easy way to view client records including client policy information, investment position data, and pending case status.
To ensure acceptable performance of the SmartOffice Online system, the following hardware and software requirements must be met or exceeded: These requirements are based on a combination of software design and field performance tests.

128MB RAM (256MB preferred)
56Kbps dial-up connection (cable modem, DSL or other broadband connection preferred)
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0
Windows 2000 or XP
Microsoft Word 2000 or 2002 required for Word Interface (Microsoft Word 97 is compatible at this time; however, no further development or testing is being conducted on this version - as is.)
Microsoft Outlook 2000 or higher required for Outlook Interface
Adobe Reader® version 5 or higher (needed for viewing and printing .PDF files produced by SmartOffice.)
The SmartView for Advisors course begins with logging in to SmartOffice then covers how to search for contact records, policy and investment data, and view pending case information. SmartView for Advisor training will also demonstrate how to run dynamic reports which will provide a focused snapshot of SmartOffice contacts meeting specific criteria.
