he Pending Case Management (PCM) course begins with the PCM Setup and Configuration course that demonstrates the process of establishing time based follow-up alerts for requirements that must be fulfilled in order to advance a pending case through underwriting to an active inforce status.

Following the PCM Setup and Configuration course, you will be directed to the Pending Case Management course that will walk you through the process of entering a new pending case, advancing the case to an inforce status as requirements are fulfilled, and using the online follow-up system. In addition, the PCM course will demonstrate features unique to the Pending Case Management module including the capture and tracking of LTC, disability, Doctor, and Medical Facility data.
