E-Z Data is seeking a Retail Sales Representative position for the Sales Department. The company provides CRM solutions specifically tailored to the needs of financial services companies. With over 90,000 seats of their CRM products in use by insurance carriers, their agents/dealers as well as companies providing financial advisor services, E-Z Data is the top vertically focused CRM solution on the market.

As a member of a fast-paced sales department, the selected candidate is responsible for the in-house customer service and account sales service.

As the first line of contact for prospects and current customers, the Retail Sales Representative will spend a majority of their time on the telephone gathering prospect information and qualifying sales leads.

Responsibilities Include:

• Efficiently handling customer inquiries
• Solving customer problems
• Marketing additional products and services
• Fulfilling information and product demo kit requests
• Provide clients with up-to-date product and price information
• Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective clients
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct product demonstrations
• Build relationships with prospects while continuing to build existing relationships with current clients

Technical Experience

• Must have computer literacy in Windows applications including MS Word and Excel
• Must be Internet savvy
• Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new software

Business Experience

• Requires excellent interpersonal skills as this Retail Sales position interfaces with high-level clientele and key business leaders
• The ability to assess problematic situations and provide a cohesive solution
• The ability to multi task and manage projects including post trade show outbound sales calls
• Must be organized and have the ability to manage an outbound call schedule
• Requires excellent telephone skills
• Must have the proven ability to handle customer support issues
• Must be a good motivator, dynamic in personality
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and creative
• Experience with industry related software is a plus, not mandatory
• Must have excellent communication skills—must be able to clearly communicate to various audiences (engineering, customers, technical, business analysts).
• Must be willing to travel to industry related trade shows and events if required

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
