E-Z Data Inc. is seeking a bilingual Japanese-speaking (with English as their 2nd language) and Chinese-speaking (with English as their 2nd language) Project Managers for their Implementation Services group. The company provides CRM solutions specifically tailored to the needs of financial services companies. With over 90,000 seats of their CRM products in use by insurance carriers, their agents/dealers as well as companies providing financial advisor services, E-Z Data is the top vertically focused CRM solution on the market.

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of IT management experience in a consulting environment and must have insurance industry experience. Candidate will work with consultants to assess a client's needs and propose a client solution.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the implementation services team
• Project planning
• Managing staff utilization
• Follow strict implementation strategy, methodology to insure delivery success
• Manage relationship with customers and effectively engage prospects in the sales cycle

Technical Experience

• Java-based applications
• Application Development & Integration
• Strategy & IT Architecture
• IT Management
• Data conversion
• Specific experience in CRM, middleware and other enterprise applications

Business Experience

• Ability to assess the size and scope of projects.
• Ability to manage distributed implementation project teams including 3rd party resources (e.g., client staff, outsourced staff, etc.)
• Ability to develop middle management / project management talent

Industry Experience

• CRM
• Enterprise Applications
• Financial Services with specific domain knowledge and experience in Insurance and Investment Management

Other

• Proven ability to develop and deliver high quality products on time and within budget
• Experience implementing enterprise wide technology solutions with average solutions sales of $1MM—$3MM and large user rollouts
• Excellent communication skills—must be able to clearly write documents in English and Japanese targeted at various audiences (customers, internal staff and outside analyst) as well as make presentations to large/small groups
• Must be a good motivator, dynamic in personality
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and creative
• Must be willing to travel extensively, specifically to Asia as needed
