E-Z Data Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT professional for their Implementation Services group. The company provides enterprise CRM solutions specifically tailored to the needs of financial services companies. With over 85,000 seats of their CRM products in use by insurance carriers, their agents/dealers as well as companies providing financial advisor services, E-Z Data is the top vertically focused CRM solution on the market.

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of IT management experience in a consulting and enterprise solution provider environment. Candidate must have experience with the implementation of small and large scale software implementations. You will be responsible for the leadership and hands on management of implementations of our CRM solutions. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the day-to-day management of one or multiple projects (depending on size of project)
• Creation and Maintenance of Project Management Plans
• Plan Project Time Lines (MS Project) 
• Project Tracking and control
• Being able to recognize risks and take appropriate action
• Communication with Business Analysts, Developers and QA testers
• Manage relationship with customer 
• Communication with both Customer and EZD management 
• Assist with the creation of Business Design Docs
• Experience with project implementation strategy, methodology and tools
• Manage relationship with Account Manager to effectively engage prospects in the sales cycle and building partnerships with existing and new customers
  

Technical Experience

• Java-based applications
• Application Development & Integration
• IT Project Management
• Data conversion (preferred)
• Specific experience in CRM, middleware and other enterprise applications

Business Experience

• Ability to assess the size and scope of projects
• Proven track record implementing enterprise solution software packages in corporate environments

Industry Experience

• CRM
• Enterprise Applications
• Financial Services with specific domain knowledge and experience in Insurance and Investment Management

Other

• Proven ability to develop and deliver high quality products on time and within budget
• Experience implementing enterprise wide technology solutions with average solutions sales of $1MM—$3MM and 25-25,000 user rollouts
• Excellent communication skills—must be able to clearly write documents targeted at various audiences (engineering, customers, analysts, management)
• Must be a good motivator, dynamic in personality 
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and creative
• Must be willing to travel as needed
