E-Z Data Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT professional for their Implementation and Pro Services group. The company provides enterprise CRM solutions specifically tailored to the needs of financial services companies. With over 85,000 seats of their CRM products in use by insurance carriers, their agents/dealers as well as companies providing financial advisor services, E-Z Data is the top vertically focused CRM solution on the market.

Qualified candidates must have 6+ years of IT Business Consulting experience in a consulting and enterprise solution provider environment. Candidate must have experience with defining and discussing detailed business requirements and processes for implementations of smaller and large scale software implementations. He/she has experience to support and consult customers with defining their business process. Furthermore, candidate has been intimately involved in the full lifecycle of an implementation. He/she has experience demonstrating software to business users.

Responsibilities Include:

• Define Detailed Business Requirements and Processes to enable E-Z Data to develop solutions that matches or exceeds customer's expectations
• Develop Business Use Cases. These will be used to create Test Scenarios, Cases and Scripts
• Conduct and Complete Requirement Assessment Studies including Gap Analysis and feasibility studies
• Prepare and Conduct Application Software Demonstrations
• Provide Customers with best practice advice and recommendations
• Assist with creating and maintaining Project Management Plans including risk mitigation, change control, etc
• Assist during Training Workshops
• Being able to recognize risks and issues and take appropriate action
• Communicate with Project Management, Developers and QA testers
• Maintain relationship with customer
• Communicate with several levels within a customer organization
• Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
• Experience with (enterprise) project implementation strategy, methodology and tools

Technical Experience

• Java-based applications
• Application Development & Integration
• IT Project Management
• Specific experience in CRM, middleware and other enterprise applications

Business Experience

• Ability to assess the size and scope of projects
• Proven track record completing requirement studies, business specifications, test plans, gap analysis, etc. during the sales and implementation life cycle of software implementations
• Ability to understand and recognize customer's business processes and procedures

Industry Experience

• Financial Services—with specific domain knowledge and experience in Insurance; Life, Property and Casualty, Investments, Agents, Brokers
• CRM
• Enterprise Applications

Other

• Proven ability to develop and deliver high quality documentation on time and within budget
• Experience with implementing enterprise wide technology solutions with average solutions sales of $1MM—$3MM and 25-25,000 user rollouts
• Excellent communication skills—must be able to clearly write documents targeted at various audiences (engineering, customers, analysts, management)
• Must be a good communicator and listener, dynamic in personality
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and creative
• Must be willing to travel as needed
