switch to SmartOffice."
We recently transferred
over our CRM to SmartOffice for several reasons:
- We wanted a
platform that was web-based, so we can
access it from anywhere and not have to
worry about IT or backups locally in our
office.
- We wanted to be
able to aggregate all of clients account
info, so all staff in our office can have
specific account information with updated
values linked with the client record.
- We wanted a system
that could automate our business processes
(convert a prospect to client, etc.)
- We wanted a way to
track all new business and service related
tasks and have the ability for multiple
staff in my office to monitor the status of
a service related task.
Our office has really
benefitted from being able to aggregate account
information from our broker dealer (LPL
Financial) as well as our outside accounts. We
can now keep detailed account info for each
specific account, so anyone in the office can
see that when answering questions from a client.
We have also improved our efficiency in tracking
and managing new business and service
processing. All users in our office can view the
status of other users tasks which is very
helpful in communication, and knowing what needs
to be done for a client. It is also very
convenient for me to be able to access all
client info from my smart phone at any time.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our decision
to switch to SmartOffice.
